The villa features 2 bedrooms and is fully equipped with modern home appliances such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and a barbecue area.
Every detail has been carefully considered to create a peaceful and relaxing environment among the trees and greenery for our guests.

All our villas undergo regular disinfection and pest control services; however, due to the natural environment, butterflies, insects, or flies may be encountered as part of the authentic experience.

Our villa is delivered fully cleaned, with scheduled weekly cleaning service included.
Additional cleaning, fresh linens, towels, or pillowcases are available for an extra fee.

These times are fixed and cannot be altered.

💸 Rates and Important Notes

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price.

• Airfare, travel insurance, extra cleaning, or additional linen requests are not included.

🧽 Cleaning Fee:

• A cleaning fee of £48.88 applies for stays of 5 nights or less.

🔐 Damage Deposit:

• A refundable damage deposit of £58.65 is required at check-in.

• Equivalent amounts in EUR, USD, or GBP are accepted.

• This amount will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage or loss has occurred.
