💸 Pricing and Policies

• Electricity, water, and natural gas usage are included in the rental price.

• Flight tickets, travel insurance, health insurance, and extra services (such as additional cleaning or linen changes) are not included.

🧽 Extra Cleaning Fee:

• A cleaning fee of £48.88 applies for stays of 5 nights or less.

🔐 Damage Deposit:

• A refundable damage deposit of £58.65 is required upon check-in.

• Payment can be made in EUR, USD, or GBP equivalent.

• This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if no damage or loss has occurred.
