Privatevilla.com is a reliable villa rental platform established by Sayola Tourism Travel Agency, which holds an A Group travel agency license. It operates with TÜRSAB license number 5390.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to one month before your check-in date. For cancellations made up to one month prior to the accommodation date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if there is less than one month remaining until your check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded unless force majeure conditions are demonstrated.

Reservations made through Özelvillan are secured by a contract. The villa cannot accommodate more guests than the number specified in the contract. If you wish to stay with more guests, it is only possible with the prior knowledge and approval of the property owner.

At the time of check-in, payment is required for the full duration of your stay as specified in the contract. If you choose to check out earlier than planned, unfortunately, no refund can be provided for the unused nights.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard check-in time for our villas is 3:00 PM. Early check-in requests can only be accommodated with the prior knowledge and approval of the property owner.

While we are animal lovers, we do not allow pets in our villas unless otherwise specified. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Unless otherwise specified, our villas offer accommodation services only, and no meals are included in the price.

Unless otherwise specified, the rental fee includes cleaning, pool maintenance, garden care, as well as charges for electricity, water, and gas.

Transfer is not included in the villa rental fee. Guests who wish to request a transfer can do so by paying an additional fee for the service.

Unless otherwise stated, parties are not allowed in our villas. Making excessive noise and disturbing the surrounding area gives the property owner the right to terminate the contract unilaterally, and you may be required to leave the villa.

Yes, upon check-in, all guests are required to present at least one valid form of identification, such as an ID card or passport. Guests without valid identification will not be allowed to check in.

A damage deposit fee is required upon check-in. This fee serves to protect the property owner against any potential damages, breakages, or losses that may occur during your stay. The amount of the damage deposit varies from villa to villa. If no damages, losses, or breakages occur, the deposit will be refunded to guests upon check-out.
