We would like to introduce Villa Tas Evi (‘Stone House’), a new addition to our 2008 portfolio. This beautiful two-bedroomed property is situated on a quiet residential lane in the picturesque town of Koycegiz. This ‘off the beaten track’ town is located on a lake with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, a boat ride away from the Mediterranean Sea and 25 minutes from Dalaman International airport.

This attractive stone-built rustic villa is bright and airy and has an open plan living room and kitchen area. From this comfortable living area (with TV and CD player), a wrought iron spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine floor where you will find the master bedroom and large, modern bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath and shower. The second bedroom and a further living room can be found downstairs. To the rear of the property is the quiet terrace and large, private swimming pool- the perfect place for al-fresco dining or winding down and relaxing with a book!

This beautifully decorated villa is air-conditioned throughout, and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

As an added bonus the villa owner, Suleyman, lives nearby and is on hand for friendly advice and assistance should this be required or even to provide a delicious Turkish breakfast if the fancy takes you!
