Villa Eden is the 2006 addition to our privately owned villa portfolio in Turkey. With a private tennis court situated in its own private gardens, Villa Eden brings a new standard to villa holidays. 

This exceptional 5 bedroom villa with its own private pool is situated in 4000 square meters of established gardens overlooking the plains of the Mediterranean and is only a short drive away from the unspoilt beach resort of Gokova. Villa Eden’s tranquil and reclusive feel is somewhat deceptive as a short walk takes you to the shops and restaurants of the village of Kizilyaka.

Villa Eden basks in a delightful rural hillside position - it is perfectly suited to both the active and the relaxed holidaymakers. The villa is a perfect getaway to enjoy blissful idleness but should you occasionally feel like exploring, the hinterland offers excellent opportunities for walking in unspoilt countryside where the cultivation of orange and olive groves is apparent.

The accommodation is on one level and comprises an open plan lounge and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 air-conditioned en-suite master bedrooms, three air-conditioned twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. 

The interior is designed in an appealing blend of contemporary and traditional styles with elegant marble tiles, beautiful ethnic style furnishings incorporating well coordinated fabrics. 

From the verandah that stretches the whole length of one side of the property and especially from the roof top terrace, there are marvelous views of the plains of the Mediterranean. Both the verandah and the roof top terrace are perfectly finished with ample garden and dining furniture for eating “al fresco”.  

With Akyaka, Marrmaris and its surrounding nearby bays so close, enjoying the crystal clear waters of the Aegean and the Mediterranean is naturally an attractive option, equally appealing however, is the idea of just relaxing by Villa Eden’s completely private and secluded pool.
